Sample School access terms

These terms apply when you request or use Sample School access from Visible Education (“Visible”, “we”, “us”). They are written for evaluation access in New Zealand. They are not a school MoU and not legal advice.

1. What Sample School is

Sample School is a time-limited demonstration environment so you can explore Visible products. It uses simulated / aliased school data. It is not your school’s live Insight or Growth workspace, and it is not connected to your school’s KAMAR or other SMS.

2. Who may request access

Access is intended for people evaluating Visible for a New Zealand school (for example principals, SLT, middle leaders, and teachers). We may decline or revoke access at our discretion, including where a request looks automated, incomplete, or unrelated to school evaluation.

3. Access period and magic links

• Access is personal and time-limited (typically about 7 days from first login, unless we tell you otherwise).
• The invite / magic link we send is for you only. Do not forward or share it.
• We may expire unused invites and end active demo access without notice if needed for security or capacity.

4. How you may use Sample School

• Use it only to evaluate Visible for genuine school / professional purposes.
• Do not enter real student personal information, real pastoral or medical detail, or other sensitive school records into Sample School (including AI prompts).
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, or reverse-engineer it beyond normal evaluation.
• Do not present Sample School outputs as live reporting for a real school community.

5. Information you give us when you request access

When you request access we collect details such as your name, work email, school, role, and any note you include, so we can review the request, send an invite, and follow up. See our Privacy Policy for how Visible handles personal information generally.

By requesting access and ticking the agreement on the form, you also consent to Visible emailing you about Visible Education (product information and related follow-up). You can unsubscribe at any time by replying “unsubscribe” or emailing contact@visible.education.

We will still send emails needed to fulfil your request (for example invite links and access status) even if you later unsubscribe from marketing.

6. No warranty for demo use

Sample School is provided for evaluation “as is”. Features may change, break, or be unavailable. Demo data is illustrative only and should not be relied on for real school decisions.
